Homeowner apathy, board member burnout, management failures, these are just some of the constant drumbeats of issues in our homeowner association communities. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. An almost perfect definition for many of our homeowner association communities.  Solutions may come from new management, board members or more meetings, but reality suggests differently.
