About us

The Story We’re Building

It all started with a laptop, a kitchen table, and a vision to do things differently.

We saw a gap in the way communities were being supported — too often treated like numbers instead of neighbors. So we set out to build something warmer, more personal, and rooted in genuine connection. A space where trust, relationships, and thoughtful care come first.

What began as one person’s idea quickly grew as friends, family, and former colleagues came together, each bringing their own heart and experience to the table. That close-knit team became the heart of HOA Advisory Group — a boutique company built on shared values and a commitment to doing what’s right for the people we serve.

We keep our approach simple: listen first, collaborate with care, and design services that truly fit the communities we work with. Whether we’re helping a small neighborhood association or supporting a larger community, our focus is always the same — to show up with intention and create something that lasts.

What started as a small idea around a kitchen table has grown into a people-first company that helps neighborhoods across Washington State flourish with confidence, connection, and heart.

Warm. Personal. Real.
That’s who we are.
