Hailing from Southern California, Michelle had a successful career in customer service before switching gears and becoming the bookkeeper for the local Trapp family company Blue Star Auto Salon in Everett, WA, where she played a pivotal role in the company's financial management. After several years at Blue Star, Michelle joined the HOA Advisory Group in January 2024 as our Accounts Payable Admin. Michelle lives with her husband, Stephen, and their two children in Lynnwood. When they aren’t taking their kids to various activities, they enjoy dining out, attending car shows, and spending time with family.
